Quality Management System
The NDNS Quality Framework is designed to ensure that recipients receive the services they require, and that services are delivered in a way that respects and protects the rights of the recipient by:
- Measuring compliance with the relevant Standards
- Monitoring quality of services provided to the recipient, and
- Managing risk, including compliance with legislation and regulations
NDNS complies with the following Standards:
- The Australian Nursing Council National Competency Standards for the Registered and Enrolled Nurse
- Competency Standards for Community Registered Nurse (ACCNS) 2002
Certification under the:
- Attendant Care Industry Management System (ACIMSS) Standards 2008
- NSW Disability Service Standards 2012
