NDNS | For care, there's no place like home

Quality management system

The NDNS Quality Framework is designed to ensure that recipients receive the services they require, and that services are delivered in a way that respects and protects the rights of the recipient.

We do this by:

  • Measuring compliance with the relevant Standards
  • Monitoring quality of services provided to the recipient
  • Managing risk, including compliance with legislation and regulations

Standards we comply with

NDNS delivers care in line with the standards that govern aged care, disability and community nursing in Australia:

  • The strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
  • The NDIS Practice Standards
  • The Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia standards for practice for registered and enrolled nurses

Registration and accreditation

NDNS is independently certified to the Australian Community Industry Standard (ACIS 4.0) by BSI (certificate number ACIS 758891, valid to March 2028). The certification is audited against our full scope of care: community support, including nursing, personal care, respite, domestic assistance, social support and transport; and complex clinical support, including medication and wound management, palliative care, and nutrition and dysphagia management.

NDNS is also a registered NDIS provider and an approved provider of Australian Government aged care services, including Support at Home and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
