A new look for NDNS

After more than 50 years caring for people across Newcastle, the Hunter and Mid North Coast, it felt like time to refresh how we look, without changing what we stand for.

Our new brand keeps everything that matters: the sun motif, the warm tone, and the tagline that guides everything we do, for care, there's no place like home. What's new is a cleaner, more accessible look, designed for the way people actually use our website today.

What's changed

• A clearer website. Easier to find the service or program you're looking for.
• Plain-language content. We've rewritten our pages to be straightforward and warm, not clinical or corporate.
• Mobile-friendly enquiry forms. Get in touch from your phone, on the couch, at 9pm.
• Accessibility improvements. Larger text, better contrast, support for screen readers.

What hasn't changed

• The same team. The same local people, delivering the same high-quality care.
• The same phone number. Call us on (02) 4953 8444, any weekday, 9 to 5.
• The same commitment. 40+ years strong, and here for whatever comes next.
